  Nigerian singers Rema and Shallipopi’s hit track “Benin Boys” is featured on the official EA FC 25 soundtrack.

EA FC 25 is a global football video game formerly known as FIFA.

The soccer video game is slated for release on September 27.

          

           The inclusion of the Afro-fusion song highlights the growing influence of Nigerian musicians globally.

Unveiling the full playlist for EA FC 25, the game’s developer, EA Sports, showcases a diverse range of music from international artists across different genres.

“Benin Boys,” known for its beat and cultural references to the singers’ hometown of Benin City, in Nigeria, has gained significant traction since its release

we sold petrol to you in dollars - Dangote responds to NNPC's claim it bought fuel at #898 per litre

  Dangote Refinery has responded to the claim by NNPC that it bought fuel at 898 naira per liter from the local refinery.   Following the lifting of petrol from the Dangote Facility located in the Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos, spokesperson of the NNPCL, Olufemi Soneye, said;   “We successfully loaded PMS at the Dangote Refinery today. The claim that we purchased it at N760 per litre is incorrect.
